Its nice, but I would suggest working on your composition, light, and why are you doing that? Whats the point, message, mood? At the moment, it just looks like a pre-shot, you know, before you do the photoshoot. To see which lens to use.

I straightened the image, and gave it a quick mood by altering the colour, you could do that all manually with your camera, next time you take a photograph, try to remember your composition, what are your eyes looking at? then find a way to frame it, create a pattern or use rule of thirds.
composition can enhance a picture tenfold, granted if I had took it I wuld of had the entire flower in frame and moved it to the right slightly. here are a few rules of composition to get you started: [link]
This happen to be taken outside as I was about to come inside from a sunny day.
Then again, Minimal photoshop to bring this into so called result.
